Had quote which seemed very high and included work that seemed unnecessary from another vendor for ~$3K. Healthy Home came out and quickly concluded there was NO mold but did offer to do a test for $250-$300 that would confirm this (if needed) or for peace of mind. They admitted the test would confirm what they were saying- mold was not present on the fiberglass insulation under the plastic. it was simply dirt and replacing the dirty insulation would take care of the black appearance. There was no danger and no mold. TONY you are fantastic, honest and dependable and you saved a senior citizen from spending $3K unnecessarily. It's great to see there are still dependable honest vendors out there! Call them for a FAIR and HONEST bid on your work."
