"Scott and his son were great! They responded to our request to diagnose and then replace our water heater on short notice - on a Sunday! Many thanks to yâ all for working with us. We certainly will recommend them to friends and family for plumbing services."

"The plumber that showed up was polite. Listened to my issue and got right to work. Wade was our plumber."

"Job was done right away and area looked really good after they completed the work. I'd given them 5 stars but I am still waiting completion of a upgrade of the electrical breaker for the AC/heating unit & the setup of the 1 year of free Comfort Guard monitoring that came with the unit."

"They were great, came out to fix the problem next day. Checked that everything was working before they left for the day. Slight leak on toilet, came out to fix it. Very friendly and professional."

"Plumbers near me DFW was fantastic. They responded VERY quickly, it didn’t break the bank, and the drain works better than the day we moved in."

"They did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. Devlan was professional and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete."

"

Patti, was friendly, quick to respond to requests, overall great customer rep for the company...made selecting Pro Star as our provider very easy.  The tech, Robert was friendly, courteous, helpful, conscience and explained in detail what he was going to do before he did it when replacing the RO system.  They didn't as many companies will do try to upsell anything and as any good tech he also viewed our water softener was a very old one (over 17 years old, not even in market any longer) and simply offered a brochure of their systems, highlighting some of the advantages to include their service whenever we might need it.  There was no arm twisting or hard sells involved from either Patti or Robert.

After review and further discussions, we decided to go with their system, Puronics and added the water softener to the contract.  As I always do, I asked for better pricing and since we were buying both a water softener and RO system...they were more than accommodating, giving us a better deal than I even expected.  A+ in my book.

"Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again."

"It went fabulously well! We were on a limited budget but still wanted to give the kitchen a "face lift".
When we installed our counter-tops years ago we chose bone colors for tile and grout. Through the years this had stained terribly and some tiles were very worn out from me bleaching them. Several had cracks and pieces missing.
Great Grout worked with us to locate tile that matched our nearly 20 year old ceramic tile (not easy!). The crew came in and meticulously removed all old grout. They replaced all end cap tiles and several counter top tiles. Then they re grouted with a much darker grout color. Afterwards they sealed everything. It looks terrific!! Much better than we anticipated.
Giovanni was very prompt and responsive in his communication with us throughout the entire process.  The crew worked very hard and cleaned up afterwards.
We are VERY pleased and already have another project in mind already!

"First company (Fast Plumbing) that was sent out by the insurance company was too tired to do the repair that day. Next day Fast Plumbing a no-show. I called them. The owner (Lee) said he did not want the job; to notify my insurance company. The insurance company called Roto-Rooter of Austin on this 3 day weekend. Their plumber arrived within several hours. He completed the job within 2 hours. He did not have to pull my toilets (as the other company's plumber had wanted to do). He simply passed his rooter line down the shower drain. He then walked around the outside of the house and found a main sewer clean-out site built into the wall and cleaned out again at this site. I was so grateful as I had been going to the toilet in my backyard. I am 70 yrs, with a cane and Medical Alert bracelet. I will always use Roto-Rooter if they continue to provide this excellent service. They have the man power & expensive equipment to do a job correctly. No I do not work for them!"
