"The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."

They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. "Giovanni came out with the husband and wife team who have been with him for several years.  He went over details with them and we picked out the color for the grout.  He made sure I was completely comfortable  with things and then left.  The team he had do our floors couldn't have been more pleasant as they were working in our home and accommodating the questions I had every now and then.  They worked on their hands and knees--no steam machines for this team!!  I had my floor done previously by one of those companies that uses a steam machine, and I couldn't have been more disappointed in the outcome.  Giovanni and his team are outstanding--top of the line--and we will be sure to utilize their services again.  They are highly recommended by us!!

"Our drains started backing up on all of our toilets, this occurred at about 6 PM on a Sunday evening of course.  The tech (Eli Gonzales) arrived within about 40 mins. of placing the call.  It took him about 2 hours to locate the stoppage, clear it and then to run the video camera down to take a look.  It appears that the break falls just off of my property line and if that is the case then the city will be responsible for the repair.  I'm waiting for a copy of the video to forward to the city.
Eli kept us informed each step of the way as to what he was doing, he kept his work area very clean and when he left there was no mess to clean up after him.  I am very happy having had him do the work on our house.

"For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning."
