"Bend was fantastic, he called me shortly after I posted. He was out early this morning and fixed my washing machine. I will be using him for future repairs. I strongly recommend Ben."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Alex responded promptly to my repair request and fixed my refrigerator issue quickly. He was very responsive and explained both my issue and his repair well."

"Did exactly what was needed to repair wine frig!! On time, on budget... will use them again"

"Ben was excellent! I used Angi to get our washer fixed, and he called within 20 minutes of me placing the work order. He was incredibly prompt and able to come out the very same day. After running some diagnostics, he quickly narrowed the issue down to the inlet valve. He ordered the part, it arrived the next day, and he had our washer up and running in no time. We are so thankful for Ben’s prompt service and willingness to help. If you need your washer or dryer fixed, Ben is your guy! We will definitely be hiring him again."

"We called Fernando about our dryer not heating when it was running. His office arranged an appointment quickly and he arrived very punctually. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the thermoregulator and a burnt wire and let me know the cost to replace. He was very helpful when I asked him if it was worth it to replace the part or just get a new dryer since it is so old. He took some time to look it over and explained what he would look for to say that it wouldn't last. He told me it looked like all the right parts were still in great condition, so a quick fix would be in order. Within 15 minutes he had replaced it and explained to me how it had burned out.  He also walked around the house with me to point out where the dryer vent comes out on the roof and explained how to have it cleaned out so this won't happen again. He took time to ensure all my questions were answered and I was happy with the outcome before he left. His willingness to go above and beyond to explain things as well as his very personable manner were an added bonus to his expert work.

"Tim Jr called about 30 minutes ahead to confirm I was home; just as he has done in the past. He came out with the part(s) I ordered. He went to work right away and finished promptly. He was polite and well-spoken. I did not keep track of the amount of time it took him, but he was extremely efficient. The original service call for $92.02 (includes tax) was deducted from the new price. The company tells you upfront that the service call fee is applied to repairs, should you choose to have them fix the problem. We have used this company over the years when we need appliance help. I would highly recommend. Tim Jr was out last (September, 9/13)  when the button on my microwave broke. I have found them to be a reliable source to call on when our appliances need service. They are pleasant on the phone and are accommodating with scheduling. Also should mention, the company was able to come out sooner than Friday, March 21, my schedule didn't allow until Friday.
