"Initially, the sales guy was great. Very responsive, and somewhat professional (more so than the other companies from which I got an estimate). However, once I placed my order I was unable to get him to respond to me regarding an estimate on installation. He kept telling me he would contact the office and let me know. Also, I asked him for an estimate on a back door and he told me twice he would come out to see what I needed, but then never followed up. The installation team replaced 16 windows in four hours, which was impressive. They did a good job, but left cigarette butts on the ground outside of my house. I would have preferred they wear booties or something when walking around the inside of my house. I pulled back my rugs so they wouldn't walk on them, but there was still dirt tracked through the house. Lastly, the crew leader who was supposed to be on site - whom I was assured would be my POC the day of the installation - never showed up. <br /> I may use this company again in the future, but there would be definite ground rules before I ever made a deposit. <br />"
