I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

I have been doing drain cleaning and small plumbing jobs (NO WATER LINE REPAIR) for around 20 years I can tell you that I've seen it all. my number one specialty is making my customers happy and gain residual business through honesty, trust and respect. Give us a shot! :))
"Had an appointment that was confirmed by them to come out to the house and do some plumbing work. Nothing major. Just some shut off valves replaced under the kitchen and bathroom sinks and to take a look at a leaking faucet in the shower. However, they never showed up and they never called or sent me a text explaining the reasoning for the "no show". I tried calling them and left a message that I'm still interested in the work getting done, but they never replied back. Basically a wasted day waiting around for them to show up at the house. The one star rating is mainly for their professionalism when dealing with a potential customer. They didn't do any work, so I can't rate them on that. But honestly, I'm not too sure I'd want them doing any work on my house if they can't communicate with the customer. What if something went wrong and you needed to contact them. If they didn't want to do the job, they could've at least told me that and I wouldn't have wasted my time. If you choose this plumber - hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did."
