"I had a problem with my furnace. It would start ok but not fire up. I called Steve's Oil Burner Service because of all the positive reviews. They showed up the very next day (Friday), assessed the situation then ordered the parts needed for repair. They came back after the weekend with parts in hand and I was up and running in no time. They kindly answered every question I had about what they were doing as they were doing it. (I like learning new things) They also went above and beyond the repair to show me things about seasonal maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. They also replaced a couple of things that they did not charge for(Cleaning and replacement of a couple fittings) I will most definitely use their services in the future. I highly recommend Steve's Oil Burner Service... Without Hesitation!"

"Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."

"Very friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend this service to others and request it again myself. The work is professional and what is being done is communicated very clearly so you know what to expect."

"Pump N Go is great! Would definitely recommend using them again!"

"Brian and John were very prompt, respectful and straight forward. They treated our home like it was theirs. They both provided us their services and information confidently. I would 100% hire them to work on my plumbing needs again."

"Kevin did an amazing job with the installation of a hot water heater, water softener and whole house filter, and electrical outlet replacement/ repair in bathroom and laundry room. He also installed/repaired kitchen sink and bathroom tub/shower fixtures, which included replacing the cartridge. I will continue to utilize his services for much needed upcoming repairs!"

"We have been using Purely Water for over 20 years now, for our current home and previous home in West Milford. Our relationship with Roger began with him first trying to fix our contaminated drinking water problem over the phone, without Purely Water charging us a penny! Only when the common culprits and DIY fixes were ruled out did we meet Roger, who installed a water purification system that made sure our family of 5 would be drinking safely and healthy from our taps. This family business is ALL about solving problems and customer satisfaction. I have recommended Purely Water to several of our neighbors who now also boast of their amazing work, professionalism, and customer service. I highly recommend Purely Water to anyone who is in need of the services that they offer! John McCarthy"

"Was an easy fix (no major issues besides age) and the unit is (surprisingly!) still operational after 18-years!"
