"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."

"During a day when everyone in Pittsburgh was having a leak, they were the only ones to call me back. They came that afternoon to stop the leak and rip out the small area of dry wall. They replaced the part of the roof that needed to be fixed within a week and also repaired the affected area inside the house within a week. I had to call them a few times to remind them to come back to finish the work, but the owner was very sick, so he had a good reason. The job was reasonably priced and they did an A+ job. "I used him twice.  The first time he came in, he did a good job.  The next time I used him, I paid him but he didn't really provide all the things he was supposed to provide.  He was supposed to come back to give me some side light on the side walk but he didn't come back and do that.  He didn't do what I contracted him to do.  He did replace an electric meter for me but that really wasn't what I had asked him to do.  He even removed something from the front of the house.  He said that it was defective and I never heard from him again.  I was very disappointed with him.  He may have moved because I think he was moving when I used him.  His name is Rey Waters and he is a registered home electrician.  I was not very pleased and not happy with him.  He didn't follow through and that's not professional to me.  The worst thing was that he didn't even respond to me just to say sorry.  There's this part that it's my fault because I paid him before doing the work.  I should have let him finish the work before paying him so it was partly my fault."
