"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Sharon and her husband were very kind and very hard working people.  They got it done in two days, we have a lot of returns/vents.  Honestly, $1700.00 was not what we wanted to pay for all this, but I think they actually do a good job and cleaned it really well as compared to what other companies out there would do.  You may be as little as $300, but you are probably not getting your vents cleaned well.  We are very impressed and I highly trust and would recommend Exterior Metals to clean your vents.  They do a really good job and make sure it gets done right.  They also called before they came, and came on time.  Very Impressed with them and will hire in the next four years when we need to have it done again.
