"Once on scene they did a quick walk through and then began isolating possible areas until the leak was found in an outside faucet which was on a watering line and therefore no problem was visible. They then quickly fixed the issue and went over a couple of times to make sure that the problem was fixed. Professional - Knowledgeable- and Quick. The service is not cheap but then again an unknown water leak which you have no idea how to stop isn't either. This is my 2nd time to use them over the past 20 years. Hopefully will not need again anytime soon but same kind of problem and they are who I will be calling."

They were great about vacuuming all debris that fell out of of vent covers they removed, as well as cleaning the actual vent covers. Price charged matched estimate provided over the phone. They called to confirm the scheduled time. Time to complete was estimated at 5 or 6 hours, but they were on site for 8 hours. This wasn't a problem for me under the circumstances, but under other circumstances it could have been problematic. Hopefully, I won't need to have the HVAC ducts cleaned again any time soon, because it is an expensive service, but if I do need them cleaned again, I will definitely call AdvantaClean. <br />"
