"Left a message with the answering service on Friday morning and Chris called back within a minute or two. I explained that one of our air conditioners was out and we needed to go out of town at 3 that afternoon. He said that he could be to the house by noon. He arrived before 11:30. Diagnosed the problem and went off to get the replacement parts. He returned with the parts and fixed the A/C unit and we made it to the airport on time. Thank you Chris!"

"I always ask for Dino, who comes every year and does a great job. I've never had a problem with my A/C in 8 years, thanks to good preventative care. If I did have trouble, I'll call Dino in a minute. Note: If he's not available, Jonathan H and Mark R are other supervisors that I've heard good things about. I used another (well-known) company in past, and they insisted on replacing a part that I later found out was perfectly good. Bishop would not rip off customers in that way."

"John came out and first replaced my fuse. That did not fix the problem, as the motor had totally locked up. He then gave me a price for replacing the motor or the whole A/C unit. I decided to replace the whole unit, since it was 18 years old. Since, it was late in the day, he said he would be back out in the morning to replace the unit. Before leaving he disconnected the old unit, and set up for the recycler to come out and get the unit. He came out the next morning and replaced the unit. By the time the new unit was installed, the old unit had been picked up."

He was on time and did the project in the time frame he quoted. He explained fully why it was installed the way it was and what I needed to to do to change anything I needed to."

on 4/25/13; it was after hours so I expected to leave a message but, Tim answered the phone. He and his worker, Justin, came out the next day, even called me to let me know they were on the way...very considerate and impressive. They installed the thermostat and left. I shall use them again if need be and recommend them to others.
