My washer machine went down over a week ago with some error codes and I tired the do it yourself fixes I saw on line and didn't worked. I have lived here in Las Vegas for 20 years and hated dealing with "repair" companies as the price is never what you expect it to be. However, this wasn't the case. The price was as quoted and a discount provided on top of it. Not only did he do the job quickly and efficiently, Michael gave me some tips to prevent issues from occurring again in the future that would negate a service call being required. I highly recommend Michael and his company and will be using them again, when needed.."

This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. "Mike did an excellent job fixing our dryer. He was professional and answered all my husband's questions. The one con I have is that he was late about two hours the first day he came to access the problem. We scheduled an appointment for him to come back and actually repair the dryer. He did not show up at the appointment time. We call him and he said he thought we had cancelled which was not the case. He came over quickly and repaired the dryer after our call."
