"Green Apple has come to our rescue not once but on TWO separate occasions! The first was last summer when my AC system had issues and most recently was right before Thanksgiving when my steam boiler died. The boiler broke the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We called numerous plumbers that friends recommended - most of which either never called us back or they told us they wouldn't be able to do any work until the Monday after Thanksgiving (at earliest). We did get one estimate but it was a LOT more than we ever expected and more than anyone had suggested we should pay for a new boiler. Then we remembered Green Apple and gave them a call. It was amazing to have them answer the call (no typical answering machine) and say they would be here in 2 hours or less. Dean came as promised and the estimate was substantially less expensive than my other one. By this time it was at least 3pm on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They immediately started the work and were still working at 9pm. They said if they stayed until 11pm they could probably finish that same day, but we decided to call it a night and finish the next morning. They explained everything along the way and the cost never increased from what was quoted in the estimate, even with the late hours! In fact, they also installed a new thermostat and a valve for one of my radiators - all at no additional cost. In addition, they (team of 4 guys) fixed some prior issues with the old boiler that weren't up to code. They cleaned up everything and even gave me an estimate for additional work I will likely have done in the spring. I highly recommend Green Apple for all your HVAC work and plumbing! I won't hesitate to call them for any future work I need done."

We were not able to move into the house and everyone that we called was not able to accommodate us because of the recent heat wave. All Weather was able to get a technician to us within 2 days. Nuri was amazing and showed my husband how everything worked and what repairs needed to be done. By the time he left, we had a cool house and were able to set up our movers. Throughout the installation, the team was friendly, always available to answer a question, clean and respectful of my 3 young children (making sure nothing was left behind or any debris that could hurt them). "Dave (Dawson Mechanical) is awesome. He is the only plumbing company I use. His knowledge is on another level and he runs a great company. It is easy to get an appointment and he responds right away. You can feel confident, if you have an emergency or non-emergency situation you that can get touch with him. In the past he installed a new boiler, furnace and converted us over to gas from oil heat. The work he and the guys did on the furnace/boiler is so good that other contractors comment on it. It really is a work of art - very neat. Most recently, he helped fix a bad plumbing job a contractor did during a bathroom model. The bottom of the toilet was flooding and the shower made a gurgling noise every time the toilet was flushed - it was an annoying odd problem. John came over during the covid pandemic, analyzed the situation and came up with a solution. He wore gloves, a mask and maintained space between us. I am very impressed with his expertise and the level of detail and attention he works with. However, I shouldn’t have been surprised based on how great of a company Dawson Mechanical is. He hires quality technicians. Lesson learned - dont let the contractor do plumbing work. I will definitely use Dawson Mechanical again."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. Also a professional with patience to explain things. And then Ryan (install manager) rounds back at the end of the day to ensure that all is well. Great job Pipe Works Services!"
