"Excellent experience overall. I will certianly be a returning customer. The rental property had a furnace & AC that was 25+ years old. They came out and explained that in this area the furnace may still have more life in it and the various pros and cons of doing to install now. I had over 10 estimates over the course of a week and they were only 1 or the 2 companies that admitted that the furnace may be OK with a good service. Since I was already ripping out drywall and renovating I decided to go ahead with the work and they gave me $500 off the price of each property. Their estimate was already lower than the other estimates and the 1k closed the deal. The installers were very experienced and patiently answered any questions I had. They kept floor coverings over everything (even over the plasitc I had already laid out for knocking down the popcorn ceilings. There were some pipes hidden behind the furnace that prevented the originally quoted setup from being installed, but they explained the situation, told me the option and let me decide what would be the best choice. Because of the hidden pipes the job took a bit longer than expected (about 3 hours into the next day instead of a single day install). Since the other AC install was scheduled for the next day it wasn't an issue. They were still in and out in the 2 day time frame. When the inspector came out he insisted that they rotate the AC unit to make servicing easier. (The inspector admitted that he was stretching the code to make them do it) They were out the next day to fix it and rescheduled the inspector all for me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"This agreement was for a multi part job. It was at a rental property where I was in and out many times in the course of the work being done. Some was done pretty well. Other parts were done poorly or completely wrong. We had to call them back because the drain piece was missing form a shower they installed. They blamed another crew there doing other work and hesitated to fix it. On a $10,000 job, they hesitated on this little part. Most concerning were two aspects of the contract that were originally done by an fairly inexperienced employee that had to be completely redone by another employee. The minor was that after installing a kitchen sink, they left the dishwasher disconnected. The major one was a replumbing of a lawn sprinkler system. We were not sure what was wrong when we went to test it. I was at the property when the man came to right the wrongs. I figured it would be quick things that we simply failed to understand – like a valve turned the wrong way. Nope. He was there for hours. With more copper pipe, more tools, more everything. We will not do business with Talmich again."

"We contracted with Don to do the installation. We had a severe leaking faucet assembly, a food disposal unit that periodically presented some unpleasant odors and a sink that needed to be replaced as well. On installation day, he noticed that the sink that was sent by Home Depot was damaged and could not be installed. We would need to obtain a replacement and reschedule the installation. Don informed us that he would not charge a service call visit at this time and to contact him once we were ready with the replacement sink. Attached are pictures of the superb installation that we are extremely happy with. Don the owner of Eastern Plumbing is exceptionally talented, provides excellent customer service and is a pleasure to work with. "The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.

"Within the last two years, we had used Proserve to repair our fridge and our hot water tank.  I had been very pleased with their staff, services, and fair pricing.  When one of our upstairs toilets stopped working, I decided to call Proserve to try their plumbing services.  I am extremely happy I did. 

Sam and his son, Marshall, were sent on the call to our house.  I love these guys; they are the reason I did all these plumbing projects now.  They listen to what I want and suggest repairs that are functional and aesthetically pleasing while trying to keep my costs low.  They are extremely neat and clean up after their work; true professionals.

We bought our home, a foreclosed house, about two years ago from FNMA.  It was built in 1998 and the plumbing had not been updated or well maintained.   We knew it was time for plumbing updates and repairs. 

Toilets and Flanges Replacement: They only charged me $200 per toilet replacement which included labor and the actual toilet. I have seen other plumbers advertise $190 for just the labor and you provide the toilet!  These are nice standard low flow toilets, which flush adequately with just one flush. 

Of course, the flange replacements were not included in the $200.  They cleaned and disinfected during each step of the repairs.  Sam came on a Wednesday to do the estimate for the toilet replacements, and was able to come the next morning to do the work.
Outdoor Irrigation Pressure Regulator:  They replaced the pressure regulator for our irrigation system which had cracked during the winter.  They emphasized we should get an insulated cover to use during the winter months.

Roman Tub Faucet Replacement:  When the faucet handle of my Roman tub fell off, Lowes and Home Depot told me that I would have to remove the entire tub to gain access to the pipes or I would need to try to repair the old faucet by ordering parts from Moen.  I put this repair off for months.  When Sam did the toilets estimate, I asked him for advice about the Roman tub.  He noticed that the toilet closet was behind the Roman tub faucet.  He said he could cut into the toilet closet wall to access the Roman tub?s pipes and then put in a removable access panel so we could always have easy access to these pipes.  I liked his plan so we did it.  A few months ago, I put new faucets in the sinks of this bathroom.  Sam took photos then found me a Kohler Roman tub faucet to match the style of the sink faucets.  He created the access panel with an attractive removable cover and installed the new faucet; looks great.

Replace Kitchen Sink and Faucet:  This was a tricky installation as we have ceramic counter tops and I wanted a bigger deeper sink.  Sam and Marshall had to cut the ceramic tile, rework the under-sink plumbing, remove and reinstall the garbage disposal to
fit the larger new Kohler stainless steel sink into the cabinetry.  They did an amazing job that looks beautiful.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, materials, and fixtures that Sam and Marshall of ProServ provided me.  I think the pricing was fair for the amount of work done and the quality of the toilets, faucets, and sinks.  I plan to use their services again. I have already suggested my mother-in-law use them for her future plumbing repairs and would recommend them to my friends."
