"I have a Mendota fireplace that stopped working. I had a Worry Free contract with PSEG, so I called them. They diagnosed the problem to be a defective gas valve ...but was unable to fix it. I then called LNMto take a look at it....which i should have done in the first place. THey installed mu=y fireplace about 15 years ago!. Maintenance call was scheduled and John, who is an owner AND does maintenance/repairs , did the work. He was thoroughly familiar with MENDOTA fireplaces. He did a full check of the fireplace and determined that the problem was the thermocouple. ..the gas valve did not need to be replaced. Since he was here, he suggested to also change the thermopile. He had both parts in his truck. John also rechecked my wireless controller and made sure code was working fine. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and the pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend them"

"They hit my car with their snow plow in March and it took over 95 days to get them to reimburse me for the costs involved in fixing it. During that time, I was told 5 times that they would definitely come to give me the money that day but after waiting all day they never showed up. Finally when I screamed they came but not with the payment they had promised so it took another few days before I got the money they owed me. It caused me many problems. "I had a very disappointing experience with M&M Canvas and Awnings, especially dealing with their salesperson, Justin. Despite paying top dollar, I found myself being charged additional fees for work that he claims was over the scope of work which was already covered in the price digging a hole. It was incredibly frustrating to feel as if they were only interested in squeezing extra money out of me rather than focusing on building a long-term relationship with their customers. "My pond was a mess with little visibility. My pump died on the first day of summer so I called KoiMart and Shawn said he'd be here the next day. Shawn gave me a fair quote and his crew, Travis, Justin and Anthony, got right to work. The fish were safely kept in a holding tank while the pond was emptied, cleaned and scrubbed. The new pump and filter were installed with the correct plumbing, fresh new water was added and chemically treated for compatibility and now I can see my fish right to the bottom of the pond. My waterfall is bigger and better too. They're expert, hard working and did what I asked and needed. I'll use them going forward. Highly recommended."
