"I've used Cincinnati Door & Window to not only install my garage door, but also repairs. Each time I've called, I've received prompt and reliable service. Today's service was for repair of the garage door opener, which they hadn't installed. The technician easily rectified the problem and also performed a tune-up on the opener and garage door, all for a reasonable fee."

"Alamo Garage Doors went above and beyond when replacing my outdated garage door. They helped me choose a design that matched my house and handled the installation perfectly. The new door runs quietly and looks fantastic. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the area spotless. Excellent all-around service."

"My garage door needed a spring replacement. I had spoken with other companies but had either gotten a quote that seemed very high or charging a fee for coming out to estimate. I called Cronin Doors, and Shawn responded to my service request within minutes, asked me to send pictures of my garage, gave me a quote, and scheduled a visit for the next couple hours. The technician did a great job. I highly recommended."

"He came out so fast... And not only replaced a big dangerous spring on garage door but also helped with sealing around garage AND then looked at our garage code to fix (at no extra charge ). He gave us a discount being senior citizens too, and was very respectful and my husband and I could tell he knew his stuff for MUCH less than the other big guys (PLUS he's easy on the eyes, lol), OVERALL WE RATE HIM 5 STARS +!"

"Brian went over and beyond taking care of our garage door. He was friendly, courteous , answered all of my questions, and provided drums, a side arm and brace (at bottom left side of door). in the price originally quoted. Reviewed what he would do and the warranty before and after the work was completed. They cleaned up all parts after the job was completed. I highly recommend Diamond garage services."

"Very professional and arrived to fix my garage door on very short notice."

"When I posted the job request on Angie’s List, Shawn (the owner of the company) responded within minutes The other companies, the BIG GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES didn’t bother responding, -at all. My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. Also, the additional lighting it provides in my garage nicely lights up the area where my tools and work area is."

"Initial installation was disappointing. Installer (Colton) was slightly outside the arrival window that was provided. He seemed to have the right information and concluded I should go with a new system (but he outlined the potential and risks of trying to repair my 20 year old system). I agreed to installation and had to leave before he could finish. I left a check and assumed it would all be taken care of. I returned to find the installer gone and my garage a mess. There were nuts, bolts, batteries, boxes and other debris all over my garage floor. He had left his test remotes. He left the button that was supposed to be mounted on the wall inside the garage hanging by a wire. I called him, thinking maybe he wasn't finished and he seemed annoyed. He agreed to come back the next morning and finish, but never showed or called. After 2 customer service calls, I finally spoke with Matt who was very helpful. He scheduled another appointment for that day to complete the job. Kendall arrived at 8pm (was supposed to be "after 4pm" on Friday) and quickly took care of business. Matt is supposed to issue a small rebate in compensation for my troubles. I like the way they dealt with the problem, but the initial work was so sloppy that I wouldn't use them again."

"I have a basement that was poorly finished a few years back. I contacted Handyman Matters to do several repairs in the basement. The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. Paul, the owner, listened to my requests from the very beginning and ensured that my expectations for the space were met. His workers Kevin and Mark were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks and were efficient in getting the work completed in a timely manner. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and did not have any concerns for the safety of myself or my kids. The office staff (Penny) was always friendly and eager to assist me with any questions or concerns. Overall, the basement looks 100% better and I am very satisfied with the work that was done.  I would definitely recommend Handyman Matters for any type of home remodeling needs. I will be contacting them again in the future for other projects."
