"The garage didn't close and I couldn't leave the house with the garage open. I called several companies and I got a hold with SoCal Garage Door. I explained the problem and Oren (the person that answered my call) told me that he will send someone to fix it ASAP. After an hour, Oren called me and informed me that he sent someone to fix my garage and he should be there within 30 minutes. Jose came over and checked the garage. He told me that there was a problem with the sensors and that he will fix it immediately. I was very happy with the fast service and with the price that I got from them. I will hire them again! "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"
