"Plumber did a good job, but took almost 4 hours to connect 6 small pieces of plastic pipe. Then used a restrictive pipe for an air gap and water flowed all over everything. The original air gap utilized a 7/8" rubber hose, which was already connected and changed to something that would not work. There was no replacing anything, as all the old plumbing was eliminated and just required new plastic pipe. The time for this job was outrageous for a job that was an hour max and the price? well...785 dollars for this? Never again will we use D and F, this price is outrageous for such a small job....."

"This was an emergency. The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. "Mr. Nash is a family owned business that operates according to principles that are reflective of that. I used Mr. Nash a couple of times 2 or 3 years ago to keep my old oil furnace running and was completely satisfied. When I decided to install a new gas furnace and central air, they were the first company I called. My intention was to get at least two estimates, but the one I got from Rich, one of their employees, was so thorough and so fair that I didn't call anyone else. Rich is not only a great guy, he is completely trustworthy - we gave him a key to our house and the code to our alarm system, and he did the work while we were out of town. He took out the old furnace, installed the new one, installed the air conditioning unit, put in some new duct work, cleaned everything up and hauled out the old furnace, and did an excellent job on everything. He guarantees every aspect of his work, which was outstanding, and he came back a couple of times to make adjustments to the air conditioning, etc. Everyone at Mr. Nash is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Phyllis, who runs the office, is great. Andy, the son of the owner, has all of the expertise one could ask for, and he came out with Rich to make certain that all the setting on both units were exactly right. Their customer service as well as their integrity cannot be over-stated."
