"Sunbeam replaced all my hardware with materials that have weathered through all these crazy winds. I was very happy with my Awnings’s so I ended up having them replace my front door. Only negative thing I can say is I found them to late. Would have liked to have them replace my windows as well. Service after the sale. They are the best"

"Great husband and wife team completed my frameless bathtub door installation, I would definitely hire them again. Thanks!"

"I sent a picture of the broken glass around 8:30. They were at my house around 11:15 and done by 11:45. Great job including clean-up. I really couldn't be more satisfied."

More than forty years later, Tecnoverre expanded into one of the largest frameless shower doors in the United States. "Excellent. Doc took the Moen shower control valve apart and found that there was a clog in the hot water valve (cold was fine). He went out to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and replaced the defective valve with the new one. The next day I found that our hot water heater wasn't working. Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."

"Can't say enough good things about this guy.  I called a bunch of plumbers that got back to me -- eventually.  Ed picked up the phone on the first call, was reliable, got right to work, came when promised, took the time to clearly explain what he would be doing and how much it would cost. He was both knowledgeable and HONEST I thought hiring a licensed plumber would run me upwards of five hundred bucks but he installed my gas range, added a new valve to the gas line (house built in 1973), re-lit the pilot light for the water heater because he had to shut the gas off at the main due to the age of the house and even took the old range to the curb.  In short: This guy is the real deal.  Will hire him again, without a doubt."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. It was immediately taken care of and a new countertop piece was made and installed within a few days.  My kitchen is absolutely beautiful!  They were so easy to work with and very accommodating.  I highly recommend Granite Transformations in Berlin NJ."

"They did a great job. Just forgot one window, but I did too!
