I was a new customer and spoke to Andrew in the office and he was very professional and walked me through the process of what the technician would do when he arrived. On the day of service, the technician explained everything that he was doing to repair my system. He was very nice and courteous. The company was so accommodating, I made sure to use them to winterize my system as well and will be using them in the future. I highly recommend The Sprinkler Company."

When I met with Joe he was not interested in selling me equipment but spent the time going over what we actually needed....especially for landscape lighting. His approach was great, he came up with a solution for our watering needs and a simple version for the landscape lighting since we weren't sure how much light we wanted.....Once we see it, if we want more highlighting it could easily be added.....which we did on 2 other occasions. His workers too great care of my property and when they had a question about location of sprinkler head they came and discussed it with me before moving forward. One of the best contractor experiences we have had. Almost forgot...we have a collection area where all the underground pipes disperse water from our gutters. That was always full of water when Joe mentioned that the pip wasn't done correctly....since he had the equipment and the machinery already on the property he took care of that for me. Even with this wet spring we have not seen any signs of water from the collection area overflowing. I've already referred them to many neighbors since everyone loves the landscape lighting."

"Dan came out and found and fixed the leak in the system; replaced all missing heads and fixed whatever else was wrong with our system. He also prepared it to be turned on for the summer. Everything was working great! He was very nice and showed me where things were broken and I watched as he fixed them. He patiently answered all of my questions. So, when it came time to turn on the system as he had taught me and it didn’t come on, I called Star Sprinkler immediately! They came out and looked the system over & immediately found & fixed the issue. The best part of all of this is...they are affordable, professional and pleasant. "It was a little difficult to get the initial date going because they are in such high demand, but fortunately I got a quick schedule and they are very good. They are very professional and bring a crew for a thorough job even though our yard isn't that large. They provide a regular scheduled service that is very reliable, even bi-weekly. Their website does not have a working payment feature yet, but they will provide regular credit card payment acceptance, if you contact them by phone. *NOTE: If you are Asian and/or have an unusual herb or vegetable garden remember to mark off the area otherwise your produce will get a hair cut."

"Every went good. They kept their appointments and came when they said they would for estimates, applying for permits, and installation. They guy was very flexible in working with me and the price was good. The only thing that wasn't very good, was clean up after the work. For example they drilled a whole in my garage and instead of using a broom to sweep it up they used a blower which just blew the dust all over my garage. However the installation was good."

"The owner answered and said he'd be here by 1:30. He was early and that was great. He quoted me a price to clear the clog and sell me a new cap for my clean out. He explained what he was doing and how to prevent it from happening again. I would use them again in the future if I need a plumber. The price was a lot less then the big name companies quoted me. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area. Cost was $175 for clog and $10 for a new steel cap. $197.30 with taxes"
