"Damion from Reddit Services was fantastic. He walked us through everything he was doing so there were no surprises (apart from our pipe access being buried in concrete by a previous owner). He was well prepared and professional. I highly recommend Reddi Service in general and if it's a pipe issue ask for Damion."

"The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

"We had gotten other estimates, one very low, and one very high.  Both told us we needed to replace the old clay pipes 10 feet out from the house and beneath the house.  After they left, we tried to get back in touch with them to see how they knew to go just 10 feet out and why with the original pipe from 1941 would we not replace it all while we were digging up the yard.  Neither returned our call.  Both left estimates without any details except that if we wanted a camera inspection it would cost $250.  I did not feel good about this so signed up for A.List and examined all.  Chose this company.  They came out to give an est. and the first thing he did was to bring a camera from the truck and put it through the pipe.  He had a screen for us to look at.  It was quite clear and showed so much damage to the pipes way beyond 10 feet.  It definitely needed replacing all the way to the hook up.  Their est. was detailed and fair.  We knew exactly what we were paying for down to the lime he had to put in the crawl space where a leak was.  He explained it all.
We felt confident after the est. that he would do what needed to be done, be fair and because of the leak, he worked us in within the week.  After the job, our yard was returned to as normal as possible and we were very pleased.  I would definitely call this company and recommend them without hesitation.

"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"I have rental homes in the Kansas City area and during the extreme cold this winter one of the homes experienced burst water pipes throughout the house which was not discovered for three days. As to be expected there was major damage. Once I called Doug Welch he and his crew were on the scene within an hour. They did a tremendous job repairing and refurbishing the property, including a complete repipe, in a very short time. I know the repairs would have been at least double if done by ServPro or similar dealer. They prevented mold from forming, thus keeping any replacement of drywall to a minimum.
I am an absentee owner and I have to have someone I can trust to help maintain my properties. Doug has proven to be the someone I can partner with for this purpose. He has done other emergency work, like attending to gas leaks, in similar prompt fashion and has kept problems from potentially expanding into much worse situations. I use him for my property make-readys too and he does high quality work at very reasonable prices. He takes pictures before and after the work is done too for my records and assurance that the work was done as contracted.
They do top notch work at very reasonable and competitive prices.

FAQs for gas piping projects in Camden-point, MO

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
