"He explained exactly how the unit works to heat and cool my house, what the entire process would consist of and he was very meticulous about every step of the installation . He cleaned everything up when finished and hauled away all of the debris. I definitely will recommend him to others!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"TAS Mechanical Services did a great job repairing our Central AC unit, but the cost seemed to be pretty high for the type of repair that was done. I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a fix."

"Air Scrubbers Inc. sent two of their representatives Steve and Dave who arrived at my home at the appointed time. Steve and Dave demonstrated excellent customer service skills, pin pointed the problems with the central air system, solved the problems and offered recommendations to insure the central air system continues to operate efficiently. I was 100% pleased with the services Steve and Dave provided. In the days that followed the cleaning services they provided was very noticable.  The central air system is quieter, cools much quicker, and the air is cleaner. I would highly recommend Air Scrubbers Inc. especially (Steve and Dave) to anyone having a problem with central air system. Air Scrubbers Inc. does an excellent job. Thank you Steve and Dave.

"Pence Heating and Cooling serviced one of our properties because the AC wasn?t cooling the way it should. After finding a leak in a very old system, they presented us with different options for replacement in a very low pressure educational way. They scheduled the install and was on time courteous and completed the project in one day as promised. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Pence Heating and Cooling for all of your HVAC needs!"

"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.
