"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."

"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. My neighbors all have his business card and we will use Bill Bellas in the future!"

"On time and smiling! A water heater valve blew and we were without hot water. Shane and Michael arrived early the next morning. The job was not an easy one due to location of the water heater and the tight space. They assessed the situation and gave me a bid in line with other bids given over the phone. They started work immediately. It is so refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and who care for their customers. They did stellar work. They brought everything up to code and the job was done quickly and beautifully. Nothing left behind but a job well done and a very satisfied customer. They even threw in a toilet tank adjustment before they left when they heard it running. I would absolutely recommend this company! No hesitation!"
