I requested a quote on homeadvisor and Richard contacted me. He was very helpful. With the issues I had experienced with AHS he was able to expedite the Install of a new unit within a couple of days. Also, he was cheaper than the "discount" price I had with the home warranty company. I strongly recommend him for any AC work."

"We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"
