"I highly recommend Ortiz Refrigeration A/C & Heating. They are extremely honest, incredibly hard working and always do a fantastic job. One example - Another HVAC company stated we needed to replace the HVAC but they found the issue and fixed it within an hour. We haven’t had an issue since. I would highly recommend Ortiz Refrigeration A/C & Heating to anyone."

"The salesman who initially came to our home to assess the situation was very knowledgeable and had some good suggestions.  We opted for the heat pump despite the cost as it would also cool the area in the summer time.  The installation went very well and we have been very happy with the end result.  I would not hesitate to call this company for future work.

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"The service was great. They gave a lot of really helpful suggestions. They replaced our bulbs with low energy bulbs. They put in weather stripping in areas needed as well. They were great to work with. They gave a detailed report on how to lower our energy usage."

"Dandelion finished our geothermal heating and cooling system installation a few weeks ago. Every single person I dealt with at the company was lovely, from the salesman to the installers to the account managers. The drilling process was amazing and fascinating to watch. The inside installation took longer than expected (three full weeks vs. the two weeks they had estimated) but they were very apologetic about the delay and they took the time to get it all right in the end. The system is working incredibly well. Night and day difference in comfort compared to our previous heating system, an old oil furnace. It even kept us warm during the cold blast last weekend, when it was only 6 degrees outside. I am thrilled not to need oil anymore. I can't wait to see how the AC feels in the summer. The project took about ten months to complete, from signing the contract to being completely done. The salesman originally estimated we would have our system finished by "late fall" and that is exactly what happened. It is a multi-stage process and I believe there is a significant waiting list to get started, so if you're interested start the process ASAP!"

"Amazing team. We were told by HARP technician that our furnace is broken and repairs would cost thousands of dollars and it’s best to replace the whole system. We actually called ACE to get a quote for replacement and their sales associate (Bill) suspected that the problem was actually the thermostat related. Instead of giving a quote he set us up with their technician. He (Ian) came the next day and confirmed, and the whole thing was working again by just replacing the thermostat. How often do we see this level of customer service. Highly recommend ACE to anyone looking to get their heating system changed or repaired."
