"We had a great experience with SuperTec Heating and Cooling! Cham was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was wrong and got everything fixed in no time. The price was also right where we hoped it would be, if not better! We couldn’t be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. SuperTec will be the only company we call for any future repairs and we will definitely be requesting Cham."

"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. I will post again after the install."

"Repaired our central air. Very quick to respond, He will now be our "go to" guy!"

"Holiday problem of no AC. Although Holiday rates, service was within 2 hours of calling. Outstanding service by the technician. Would highly recommend Logan for repairs and HVAC needs"

"This company anlways sends someone asap. Repair only took about half hour. Service person is as knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems to me. He was very polite as well."

"*Quick response to the service call * everything open and above board, with no sales gimmicks or pressure * Easy to work * Knowledgeable and experienced * I would highly recommend them"

"My experience was great from the phone call to the technician leaving. I called on Monday to receive service and due to high demand, the soonest I could get scheduled was Friday. The rep offered to put me on a short call list. Later that evening I received a call that the technician could honor my availability on the short call list. I was extremely pleased. Joe W., the technician was friendly. He called prior to the visit and made sure to keep his presence tidy (I've had techs track in dirt before). He immediately went to the problem - a blown fuse within yhe furnace. It would have been extremely easy for him to turn a blown fuse into a costly repair or even charge outrageous rates for doing so. Joe explained me to me the innerworkings of the furnace as well as simple maintenance for my HVac systems in the future. Although he explained the one year service agreement, there was zero high-pressure sales. The name of the company and the service matched up. Kuddos to leadership at this company! You have a lifetime customer and I will be sure to tell others. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism."

"Excellent service and repair. Very communicative."

"They called immediately after I sent a request. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. They were able to provide me information to fix myself so they re services were not needed"

"Zac was amazing!! He had the time in his schedule, and was able to arrive about 3 hours yesterday afternoon after first talking with him. The furnace was not working, and the outside temperature was about to dip into the teens this morning, so I was in crisis mode! Thankfully, what needed fixed could be safely bypassed (the igniter), and Zac was able to turn the furnace on for one cycle. With the temperature temporarily set to 80, it was still 61 in the house (furnace turned off sometime very early this morning). Zac arrived early this morning with part in hand. Furnace is now fixed, right before a snow storm is about to arrive tomorrow. Whew! I also consider the price that he charged for the repair to be very reasonable, considering it was an emergency repair. Thank you, Zac and Mr. Mechanical Ohio!!"
