"We hired Joe and Steve in 2022 to convert an existing screen porch into a three season room. The project was “completed” in November of 2022. Right off the bat we realized that one of the sliding doors didn’t function correctly and needed to be replaced. Over the course of the next year, more issues began to show themselves. Cracked caulk around windows, windows that didn’t open/close/lock. Water collecting in the tracks of multiple windows and not draining. When AllPro was contacted about these problems (it took multiple calls/emails/texts to get in touch) they chalked the problems up to Covid supply chain issues and poor quality windows (even though we were assured they “middle tier windows”). This past fall during a heavy rain, water began to pour INSIDE from over one of the windows. We reached out to Steve who blamed the install originally. The contractor they hired to install the windows came out to check behind the siding. Everything was installed correctly. The issues were with the Bargain Outlet (literally) brand windows they installed. After much back and forth with Steve, he finally agreed to replace all windows with a better quality product. It has now been two and a half months since we agreed to that and after MANY calls/texts/voicemails I haven’t heard back. Completely ghosted me. At this point we will be forced to take AllPro to small claims court to try and recoup some of what we spent so we can get all the windows replaced. Do not hire this company. They are incredibly unprofessional. “AllPro” is quite the stretch for a business name."
