Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Ezra and his crew from Landmark construction energy crew replaced 13 wooden slider windows with double-hung UV and sound-dampening windows. When he came over, he measure all the windows and checked them to make sure that he will provide us with the best windows. Ezra and his supervisor arrived to my house right on time, more than that, his office contacted us before the meeting and when he was on the way to give us even more accurate estimate of when he would arrive. This consideration and respect continued throughout the process of installation. In total we had 4 workers working, led by Charlie, and they finished the job as predicted in approximately the same day. They cleaned up well and Charlie took time to answer our questions before leaving. There was a manufacturing problem that was not at all related to Ezra's work or his company. He called and talked to the manufacturer, making sure that they will deliver the new windows and he did all he could to make sure that the windows worked correctly, coming out and putting in additional time himself. We absolutely recommend Ezra's and Landmark construction energy crew! We would have them return for any additional work we might need. The courtesy, knowledge and experience exhibited by Ezra and his crew is seldom encountered today, and it was a pleasure to work with a local company."

"Joshua knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.  He bought the parts for me and let me watch as he fixed things so I could do it myself (or at least have a better idea of what was wrong) the next time.  I will definitely be calling him again. 
On a side note, I am a single female and I really appreciated that Joshua did not take advantage of that fact by inventing problems or hiking the price.  :-)

Informed us on the different type of units and what each unit would do for us and let us make the choice we felt would be right for our home. After having lived in our home for 6 years and having issue every summer and winter with the unit we had not heating or cooling our home and a pg&e bill upwards of $600 in the summertime it is amazing to have a cool/warm house and a bill that is quite manageable.
