"Very professional , with high quality work. The company has extremely high integrity and transparency on parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing refrigerator repair work."

"My washer/dryer had too much damage. The repair technician told me that while he could fix it, the final cost would likely be greater than purchasing a new unit. I appreciate his honesty and would rely on his opinion in the future."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Diagnosed was not a repair of the dryer itself, but company does not provide dryer vent cleaning service so had to pay service fee and then hire a different vendor for the vent cleaning."

"My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. The tenant reported an issue with the dryer -- or possibly the venting that directs the hot air and lint beneath the house and then out into the atmosphere. One service provider said it was the dryer (and couldn't fix it). Another provider said it had to be the vent (and didn't fix it). Something that seemed simple turned out to be very difficult; our tenant was without a dryer for months! Finally, I started searching on HomeAdvisor and found Eugene Butler. I didn't know him and had no experience working with him before. But I got a "very good vibe" about him and happily hired him to go out and take a look. He went right out there and fixed it in a matter of minutes (it was the vent, not the dryer). I don't know why this had turned into such an ordeal, but I do know this: For future jobs like this, my first call will be to Eugene Butler of C & D Sales & Service. Thank you, Eugene."

"A very nice intelligent young man... i will call him or his business back... a positive experience"

"Joe to the rescue! I was having the worst Monday ever. I knocked down my mailbox with my car this morning. Joe came right over and saved the day! He was prompt, polite, knowledge, friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I now have a mailbox that I know will last many, many years. Thank you, Joe!!"

"Julia did a great job discussing the problem with our clothes dryer that ultimately led to a same day appointment and repair. The technician, Andrey, arrived with the new part to replace the identified bad part and had us up and running that afternoon. The final bill exactly matched the estimate Julia provided. Awesome customer service!"

"Mr. Atalay made a visit as scheduled to view the job and provided a written estimate for labor and parts. We agreed to a day to do the work and he had to change the date, but it wasn't a problem for me as none of the job was an emergency or even urgent. He arrived on time on the designated day, with a helper, and repaired the problem lights in my unit, providing explanations of what failed in each of the four fixtures/switches. Then, he moved to the garage and fixed the very large fixtures in the 20 foot high ceilinged space. (He had to rent a ladder to do this part of the job.) He did everything as agreed and within the estimated price range. He was clean, polite, pleasant, and easy to deal with. I would hire him again."
