"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"Our sixteen year old water heater was leaking gas. My husband called The Water Heater Company who quoted for exactly what repairs were needed. The telephone representative who helped us requested photos of the water heater. He could tell what items were needed to bring the new water heater up to code. We were very pleased that Tony, the water heater installer, was scheduled to come the next day! Tony was punctual, thorough and answered all the questions I had. He explained everything that was done and made suggestions for other improvements we might want to have done. Everyone was very professional and very honest from beginning to end. They also use the very best water heaters with great warranties. Much higher quality than you can get at Home Depot or Lowes. We are very excited to recommend Tony and The Water Heater Company!"

"It went very well. John was very professional, pleasant, courteous and fast. He even made a trip to Home Depot to purchase faucet tube nipples to prevent future kinking, as was one of the problems with the water pressure that I didn't even realize I had. He also replaced the water valve under the sink for me because the old one was worn and could possibly leak. Absolutely pleased and I would highly recommend."

"100% recommend. Very professional in every way as the other reviews say. Geremias and his nephews installed a tankless water heater for me, and it works great. Punctual, responsive, communicative, trustworthy, and the best price. I couldnâ t ask for better."

"Good quality and done right on spot. Feel that it was done right and know it won’t leak or have electric issues in future. But paid much more than angis estimate."

"Art is absolutely fantastic! He fit us in on the same day, did a great job, explaining everything as he went along and gave us some really valuable tips. His rates were so competitive and he never once tried to upsell or try to scam me. He is friendly, professional, thorough and honest. I would not hesitate to hire him again whenever we need a plumber."

"Rizo was very helpful and knowledgeable when removing my old stove top and replacing it with a brand new one. As an elderly and not really knowing how to pick these type if things, he was extremely helpful in helping me choose a new stove top. Any concerns I had he explained and answered them thoroughly. Very honest man! I will definitely use his business in the future."

"Mike and Jonathan were very helpful in dealing with water I found coming from under the house. They took their time explaining the issue. They were courteous and easy to talk to. I’ll call them again."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ismael arrived right on time, immediately put me at ease, and took the time to clearly explain everything before and during the repair. What could have been a really stressful clogged drain issue turned into a complete anxiety-free experience thanks to his professionalism and calm approach. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and quickly. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend! Thanks Ismael!"
