"Tony has not honored our agreement. I hired him to draw a new sewer pipe connection, 6 months ago, he told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I still do not have an acceptable drawing. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional performance. Refuses to return calls or emails or produce usable drawings. Just has his assistant continue to make excuses because they cannot get the work done. Hire someone else that has integrity if you need any engineering done. Will be seeking legal action to get my money back."
