"Absolutely unbelievable service. They dropped what they were doing on a Saturday night to come out and fix our septic issue. They explained the issue and fix very clearly. Left the property looking great considering they had to dig into the septic tank. The responders were very friendly and took time to engage in conversation while still achieving their work in a very timely fashion. "This was an excellent experience for us. Zach arrived just after 8:00 (I had been given a range from 8 to 10) and handled both plumbing issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He answered all my questions and didn't mind when I asked to watch the process, as these things interest me. Zach was friendly and respectful and very skilled. The only reason I checked "B" for Responsiveness is that CZ Plumbing had told me they would come the day before, gave me a time range, but then I heard nothing--when I finally reached Chuck late in the day, he explained that Zach had been working on a job out of cell phone range and was unable to contact anyone. We rescheduled for June 8th, the next day, and everything worked out very well. I realize that, in rural Maine especially, these things can happen. Luckily I work from a home office, so ultimately there was no problem and i wasn't inconvenienced.
