Dan helped design a system to divert the water around and further away from our finished basement. When the system was overwhelmed in heavy downpour, they came back out twice to make necessary changes to keep all the water out of the basement."

"Great company to deal with. They were professional and the installation went well. This was a one day job, with a follow up on another day because the water exit piped to the outside ditch was leaking and had to be re-done, replacing the leading section of black flex pipe (which should not have been used) with PVC. Would have rated an A for quality if not for this poor connection which had to be replaced. One of my main concerns for this job was the cement work quality. I must say that the cement work is excellent. The cement is very level and smooth. I was also impressed with how they jack hammered the old and thick basement floor to install the drains. Looked like the cement was cut with a knife, very nice. They cleaned up completely and the crew was professional and friendly."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
