Jimmy the technician was SO nice and SUCH a professional. He gave me a discount just for being a senior citizen! I told him about a previous experience with an A/C repair company that attempted to rip me off, giving me high prices for little work. Jimmy heard this, shamed the anonymous man, and took matters into his own hand, doing amazing work and offering better pricing. I would recommend this company to everyone!"

"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. If I must pay for a service like this than I should walk away feeling like I got my monies worth and more. Thank you Rudy and Allpro."

"They completed the work without my consent. Then I had to pay the bill without getting a second opinion. I will never know if I got a good deal or not. I was forced to pay almost $500, but my air conditioner was repaired! A phone call before the work was done should have been made to me, the owner of the house, and the one paying for the service."

"Air went out on a Saturday. 100 degrees outside. Called several repairmen and no one answered had to leave a message and they got back with me Monday and Tuesday.. Came across Patagonia HVAC. Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. Could not be happier and glad to have someone to call day or night. Great service!!"
