"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left. He left our house just as he found it, with the exception of a beautiful new tint. We could not be happier with the results so far. If you didn’t know our windows were tinted, you would have no idea. And the best part—we actually get more natural light in the house now with the tint because we can open our blinds during the day, yet maintain our privacy! We wish we would have contacted them years ago!"

"I have had so many window cleaners before I have meet Mr. Melkamu and his company view window cleaner, I have never ever seen like view window cleaner so perfect and cleaned my Resturant window and floor the way I wanted. "Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"Julio and his team did an excellent job repairing and renovating our 12 x 24 screen porch. They jumped quickly on the project, worked steadily through some frigid winter weather, and completed everything in time for early spring use. Project involved carpentry, structural improvements, painting, carpeting, and installation of new doors and screen-windows. They also handled repair and painting of exterior entrances to our house. Reasonable pricing, good workmanship, highly recommended!"
