He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"I love my new floor!  Randy completed the remodeling of my bathroom beautifully.  He dealt with challenges such as an uneven floor surface superbly.  He dealt with my "picky" requests without batting an eye.  I wanted a light switch moved over 6 " and the sink moved left a foot.  When the granite came in and I realized it had a green undertone to it, I needed to replace some blue oriented tile with something that went better with green -- he included this unforeseen change in the project.  He created the built-in shelving so it is exactly what I wanted -- it was so easy to communicate with him.  His tile work is really good.  I mentioned the floor -- it is beautiful, and the paint and the texture -- my new bathroom looks amazing!  Randy did the work efficiently and promptly."

"Les Nichols had many discussions with us about ways to repair/replace our retaining wall.  Work was delayed, first on our part, then on his.  He called us more than a few times during our delays to touch base, reconfirm our plans, etc.  The work involved discussions with the city engineer, and the owners of the lot behind ours.  Les took care of all of this on our behalf.  The two workers that were here daily were great.  His prices were reasonable, and he was exceptionally good to deal with.  The new wall looks great.  I was impressed that on the last day, Les himself came to clean up, sweep up, restack our fire wood, and generally got things back in order.  We would not hesitate to work with him again."
