"Sean seems respectable and is trying to be a good business man and a quality plumber. The overflow line that drains to the pan was installed too far out and would not reach the pan. He repositioned it only by moving it closer by hand, but it can easily, swing back under pressure from the water, and move out of reach of the pan and flood the area and the floor below. It should have been recut and positioned closer to the water heater. Although he was reluctant to provide a short term warranty on just his labor, he did agree finally to a 30 day warranty. His father interceeded and told his son not to issue the warranty and the father threatened to go back inside and take apart the work that was done unless I paid them immediately. This is not allowed by law to do this. His father was totally disrespectable, aggressive, and unethical, and if I have Sean do any futher work for me in the future, which I may, his father will not be allowed to come on the property. "

"It did not . Install was fine for 6 years , than stopped working . They replace the 2 elements , still is not working after returning for season .Now they are not returning calls , 4 calls and text’s - no response !"

"I have an outdoor refrigerator that was only cooling to 39 degrees and was frosting up. The repair tech that arrived was very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the work, he explained what he had found and accomplished... so far, so good. However, after the tech left, the fridge never cooled below 48 degrees. I called the office to let them know that whatever they did actually made things worse. I was told by the owner, Mary, that they would not be able to come back out until the following Monday (another full week). When I protested that "THEY" were the party responsible for the refrigerators worsening performance, and should move me up in the que, she just said that was the best she was willing to do. Basically, Mary is scheduling new jobs before completing current jobs. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this decision and would absolutely NOT recommend this company."
