"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"Dan and team came out 3 years ago and installed a waterproofing system in our basement with a sump. He also closed in an unused doorway and cut window openings in a block wall. Had an issue with the openings but he made it right and was responsive. I am writing this now because of all the flooding PA had this last week and how many of my neighbors have wet basements. They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. Even built a stair that leads to the sliding glass patio.  They repaired the vertical crack by digging down to the bottom of my wall (excavated) and they used this waterproof gel, then filled the space back with dirt. It looks very nice. The waterproofing and concrete work came with a warranty which gave me comfort. They also sprayed the basement with a mold remediation product and did an OZONE treatment to purify the air.
