"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I'm an out of state owner and arranged to have several things done prior to my arrival, including interior painting. I picked Bila based on the Angie's List reviews and he was several hundred dollars cheaper than another company I had look at it. Bila completed the job when he said he would and did good work. I didn't realize the front door needed to be painted as well until after Bila was done. He offered to paint the door when he picked up his check at no additional charge, which was great."

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"Dana scheduled a visit to take measurements and to show us the available crown molding options.  We choose a crown molding that was an upgrade but still very affordable.  Dana left and when he had the crown molding cut per his initial measurements called and scheduled an installation appointment.  He showed up on time and installed the crown molding.  Everything went well and we love our new look.  I would definitely recommend I Crown Molding and we intend to have the living room done in the near future.
