My only recommendation would be that these guys warn the neighbors about how load the construction will be. We really had no idea that breaking concrete would be so loud. Now we know!!! "I hired John to do the framing phase for my kitchen expansion/open floor concept. I was the owner/builder and needed someone who was patient, thorough and conscious of the the time needed in meeting my schedule. John prove to be a good fit. First, by showing up for the initial visit on time. He took the time needed to review the plan from the city. He listened to me explain what I wanted and answered my concerns. We reached an agreement and he started as scheduled. The framing involved 3 load bearing walls. Only 2 of which were in the architect/engineer's drawing. John discovered an 11-foot load bearing beam missing from their drawing. I thank John many times for discovering that major mistake. John was patient in working through this with me. John fulfilled our contract with his quote and completion time. He deserves 10 STARS for his attention to details, customer satisfaction efforts and overall business approach to my project."

"TC and his team, led by Justin, did a great job. I hired them to paint our house because we wanted a lime wash on the brick and they were the only company who had experience with lime wash. Justin did an amazing job hand painting our brick and matching the paint used on the siding to our existing stucco (yes, our house is made of 3 materials). We added on shutters and the door at the last minute and they were very accommodating. They also offered their services for some indoor work we had hanging a light fixture in the kitchen and patching and moving some recessed lighting. Guillermo worked inside and was very respectful of our kitchen and lovely to work with. We added on work for them in the kitchen as well and they always just rolled with it and did an excellent job. Even with adding on work they ended up coming in at their estimate and finished faster than expected. Would absolutely use them again in the future."
