Anyways, looked for a installer for A/C and was luckily to find Chris was available on a short notice job. He was already booked but was able to communicate a good time that worked. He already had one person ahead of us that day, and he would give us a call when he were on his way. I got a couple text messages from him letting me know how long the wait was expected to be, which I thought was great and really appreciated. Chris was efficient, clean, and was able to replace our unit that day. He diagnosed us with needing a new capacitor, replaced it, and was on his way. Everything took about 30 mins and our house is nice and cool again. Good experience with him and I would recommend."

She readily volunteered to return and redo it, but after I had to cancel the scheduled appointment because of a conflict, she would not answer her cell or e-mail to reschedule. It took five days for her to call back to reschedule. The second application was fine and her costs are very reasonable."
