"I decided to go with Cassidy because out of the 4-5 different companies I contacted, they were the first to respond in a timely manner and their dispatch fee was affordable ($79 vs >$100). The actual service they provided went well. They were on time, finished the whole project within a couple hours and were professional. However, I did remove a star from my rating because they do overprice everything. I was able to cut down my total cost by >$300 by just buying my own supplies (ex: water faucet, basket strainer, faucet aerator, etc.). They were going to charge me $125 for something I was able to get for $4 and fix on my own, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend because they made the whole process go smoothly but I would just be aware of their pricing and make sure they don't trip you off."

I needed the smoke pipe replaced on my gas furnace, along with some routine maintenance, and he contacted me shortly after I posted the job. He gave me a free estimate the next day, which included itemized costs of all the labor and each of the parts needed. He and his colleague finished the job quickly and cleaned the area up when they were done. The cost was exactly what he quoted. I will be using them from now on for all my heating and cooling repairs and maintenance."

Then he offered us a â planâ ( no pressure) for total service with Electrician for several hundred dollar . It included to charge for estimates. Seriously!! We had wanted to go with local company but no thanks!! In addition, he didnâ t mention ceiling issues with steam in bathroom nor mold or venting. VERY Disappointing!! Rip-off!! I politely wrote to them and never heard back.!"
