"John and his brother did an exceptional job replacing my original garage door."

"Aaron did an excellent job! They did a clear install with no modification to my existing garage door open.ing. I live in a windy area. Aaron Did a quality installation with a nice tight 360° seal around the door keeping wind and dirt out of my garage now. The site was Iall clean when they were done. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality garage door installation."

"Fast Friendly professional service. Had them Install garage door openers. Would recommend to family and friends."

"Everything from the estimate to the installation of the garage door went smoothly. Junior Cardona was the installation technician and the projected arrival time was set for between 8 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Junior arrived by 8:45 a.m., completed the removal of the old wooden door and installed the new track and metal door and was done in less than 5 hours doing the whole job by himself which was very impressive!"

"Garage Doors Inc is the only garage door place in the Bay Area I’ll use. The service people were thorough, efficient, and so helpful! There’s not much worse than not having working garage doors. They’ll be my first call when I need garage or gate work done!"

"It went seamlessly. Very good installation. Very satisfied."

"IY Development and Renovation exceeded all my expectations with our kitchen remodel. Ilan Yosef and his team not only brought my vision to life but also added their expertise to create an even more stunning result. The work was precise, clean, and on schedule. Ilan made sure to address any questions or concerns I had along the way, and his transparency was refreshing. I m absolutely in love with my new kitchen, and I ll definitely be using IY Development for future projects!"

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"They are expensive but it is worth it because of their work quality and install experience. You pay enough so they don't have to rip you off to make their margins. They do a bit of salesman puffery. Promise a little more about the product and service than the actual experience. But not so severe that I wouldn't do business with them again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
