I searched around and picked Insulation Co. Estimation without inspection seemed weird at first, but it made totally sense since the foundation layout is all there in the files. Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels. Wu Construction replaced the posts/ piers and placed new concrete pads on top of the existing to raise them above the dirt. I had some questions and Victor Wu followed up with me. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. Before I could put a bathroom in this part of the basement I had to stop water from trickling in during heavy storms as we are now experiencing! Ryan came out to have a look and took his time explaining the process in detail some weeks before the job. The crew arrived on time and set to work by first putting up plastic sheeting to protect other areas from dust and such.  The work done by 5 followed by extensive clean up.  They were professional and methodical!  I found the price to be reasonable for this kind of work.  The sump pump working away a lot lately!  It is not noisy at all.  Sounds like a tub draining for all of 4 seconds or so.  I highly recommend their services!
