"They contacted me with the right unit to buy and a reasonably priced supplier. They hadn’t installed my particular model before but were confident. I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring."

"I had a lot of work done… Sub panel, level 2 charger, light switches single, 3 way and smart switches… over 15 switches) and a home surge protection too. It took a day and a half and the two technicians who came (Brett Fetzer & Steven Marquardt) were great to interact with. I did my best to keep out of their hair while they were doing the installations. Both took the time to keep me informed about each of the installation projects when I asked. I was never left wondering as to how it was going. This is my second time using Seatown and will use them again in the future."

"The installers arrived next morning and worked diligently all day and by early evening I had a new A/C and Furnace installed and cooling air. They took great care to ensure no damage or dirt was brought in to the house, they cleaned up well and provided instruction on everything that they were doing. While I may have saved a little by using another contractor, I believe that Berkeys provided value for money. I was unavailable for the technician to return on the day after the install, but he arrived the following day to make a further check of the system and install an additional CO2 detector which I required. Berkeys get 5 stars in my book"

"Great. Owner and technician were helpful, professional, and accommodating. Clean and well done installation."

"The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"The technician is very knowledgeable, professional and places a lot of care in doing a great job. He was extremely punctual, followed up proactively with quotes and made sure all aspects of this installation went smoothly. He was also very helpful in helping me select a hard wired installation for the EV charger to get the most power out in lieu of the typical switch. This has been extremely well thought out and practically useful. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again."

"After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings."

"We just moved to the PNW and bought a new house, me and my wife loved everything besides the roof color so we looked up a couple places and ended up giving Home Squad a call. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were up front about cost and the amount of time for removal and installation. The estimator showed me many different samples and recommended the best protection for my home, for years to come. They were always on time and cleaned up nicely at the end of everyday which is amazing because they were working all over the house. It came out amazing. The work was great and anytime we had a problem or change in mind they always accommodated to it. Well worth the money we spent and are now in love with the end result. So happy I found them and I would totally recommend them. Will definitely contract them again for our future projects. Home Squad!"

"It was a big deal purchase and it was horrible.  They came out and said that they couldn't repair it.  They gave us an estimate for thousands of dollars to redo the lights and that wasn't something we were interested in.  It was like a ten minute consultation and it cost $49 and it was worthless to us."
