They came out on Labor Day in pouring rain and were courteous, on time and knowledgeable. Should the problem persist I would have no problem engaging their services. They were very nice to work with."

There was a small accident while taking the duct cleaner in and out of our house, a tile on our front step got chipped. The techs showed it to me and the put me in immediate contact with office to resolve the issue. They promptly got a licensed contractor out to replace the tile and took care of everything. "Although Chris came well within his appointment window, I was expecting an estimate first, as told over the phone. Instead, Chris went ahead and completed the repair without telling me how much it was going to be up front. Although I did receive an Angie discount , and the ac now works, this feels bitter sweet, as the supervisor/boss on the phone straight up told me it is either this or no AC . In hindsight, I should have asked to put the broken part back, and kept shopping. Specially considering the part itself is around $50...."

Following repair took the rest of the day, including getting parts, and the unit works fine. I know something if ac units and not one replacement item was unnecessary. I was also given a good discount because coil and compressor were exchanged together. The technician even checked my relays. He did exactly what I wanted and needed ant nothing more. Next service i am calling these guys again."
