"DO NOT HIRE ARS !!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed with ARS. We were misquoted on a major sewer line repair ? their technician gave us a firm price without fully inspecting the line, only to come back later with an additional $7,499 estimate after the job was supposedly finished. We also had a basement flood due to a pipe left open by their tech, which cost us time off work and stress. Despite multiple visits, miscommunications, and promises, we still had unresolved issues weeks later. Even the contract stated 2?10 ft of pipe would be replaced, but only 7 ft was done per the permit. When we raised concerns, ARS gave us the runaround. This was a frustrating, expensive experience, and we feel taken advantage of. We trusted their expertise and got poor service instead. It has been almost a month and they have NOT SOLVED OUR PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!"

"We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. "1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."
