"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems. We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not. I respect his opinions. Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists. We had an extra joist and supports installed. The workmen were courtious and effecient. Our floor feels very stable now.

He was open to suggestions and followed instructions.
Job overall was good.
He doesn't do concrete very well, but was willing to follow instructions to improve
He offered to come back and fix ANYTHING that may show leaks or need repairs.
Even if it was a year later, he said.

A week has passed and I have found details here and there.
Unfortunately it's details reflecting on his skills, not on his good will.
I would not have him back to do a job that needs skilled craftsmanship.

"Mike did a great job! I have been looking for an all around handyman to fix and install things around a property that I own. I'm glad I found Mike. He has already done two jobs for me. He is flexible schedule-wise and very responsive to texts and calls. His prices are not the lowest but they are reasonable. Very friendly and polite to me and my tenants and he can do a lot of different types of work. I highly recommend him as a general contractor/handyman."
