"Thomas Homes was amazing! Extremely happy with our experience and quality of work they did for us. Super easy to get in touch with them and they made the whole process so smooth. Any time I brought up a concern, they would address it right away. If we ever need restoration in the future, Austin will be the first person we call!"

"Work is fast, friendly & effective."

"When our home burned, this company was there on the spot and returned everything like the fire or all of the water from the fire men or all of the smoke damage never happened! It actually looked better than it did before, it was a pleasure to do business with them."

"In January, I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their ?preferred? restoration companies. I didn?t even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn?t until the next evening. I couldn?t believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us.

I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. You can?t go wrong with Dustin and his crew.

Thank you for making a terrible experience bearable for our family. "

"Great!! Team came out to work on fire damage I had in my home. They were professional and had the work done by the time they said. I was very happy with their work"

"They were great - professional, quick, & efficient. The washing machine broke & flooded the kitchen causing the floor & walls to get really wet. Even though it was in the evening we still had a tech to our home within an hour or two. He assessed the situation & let us know how they could help get our home back to normal without ongoing issues or mold. They set up their equipment & came back a day or so later to check the progress. After a few days everything was back to normal. Thank you for your great service!"

"True Built did an excellent job on my tile roof replacement. Weston Farnes was the rep who came to my house and quoted the job. Once the job started he was always available for questions day or night. The crew did a great job and made sure clean up was done each night when they left. I would highly recommend True Built to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement."

"My tenant let a leak go for six months which created a bad mold issue along with major damage. These guys were higher in price for the mold abatement but they were worth it! They also had a sister company who did the remodel (cabinets, granite paint, grouting, etc.). Between AZ Restoration and Patterson Remodeling the kitchen was brought back to new and looks amazing."

"He showed up on time, did a good job patching wall, and was reasonably priced. I would hire this company again."
