"Knew I've needed to do something about moisture problems in my crawl space. Alirio and Luis were great! Explained how they could solve the problems with water seeping into crawl space. They worked hard as anything, and installed drainage trenches around all the walls in the crawl space, added piping and covered with gravel. Then ran a drain out, ending several feet away from the house with a pop up drain. Then finished with plastic sheeting covering the entire crawl space. I had to wait about four weeks to get a HUGE downpour, so I could check the results. Went down there after the rain stopped, and very thing dry as could be. The porch slats were replaced carefully. He also diverted a condensation line that was pooling on the side of the house to a better drain location."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
