"John came within few days and provided an estimate. He explained to me
that I would only see bare branches for year or so when I cut to half
size. I appreciated the warning. The work was done the following week
shortly after I confirmed I wanted to hire them.John came to give
directions to the 3 workers before they started. I stayed in yard during

The men clearly were used to trimming hollys which was a relief since I
have not been able to find any tree companies in the past 15 years who

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "FIRST CALL: Our call was answered promptly. The office staff was helpful and a first appointment was quickly scheduled.
TESTING/QUOTE: The representative came to our home, did a walk through, and sent testing to an independent lab. Test results came back about 5 days later. Findings pointed to three kinds of mold in the basement and ? very sadly ? unsafe conditions for us and our pets. The quote was high but fair considering that the work to be done was extensive. A lot of information was shared at this point with us ? about mold, about the general process, etc. The very knowledgeable representative did a great job of explaining the process and answering our questions. While we declined a financing package, it was offered. He anticipated the process ? from start to finish ? would take approximately 10 days.
HOUSE CLEAN OUT: We were advised to rent a dumpster. (Independent company, paid separately.) A crew came by on a Saturday to assist with the move out process. The process took much longer than originally expected for a variety of reasons. Nevertheless, the team was incredibly professional and helpful.
MOLD REMEDIATION: The mold remediation followed a day or so later. The crew was in the house 2-3 days. We were warned that it can get a bit smelly (due to sealant fumes), so we vacated the house while they did the work. The team members worked very neatly in our home and the team leader communicated with us via phone/txt about the progress of the project.
THE OOPS PORTION OF THE PROJECT: The water remediation aspects of the project were supposed to begin right after the mold remediation. However Healthy Way mistakenly filed the work/construction permits in the wrong town! Mistakes certainly happen. (We understand!) And, they worked to rectify the situation. (Excellent!) However, communication with us was very spotty during this time. This project that began at the end of July slipped through to the end of August? It is now the first week of September and we?re just finishing that final lap. I love their people and workmanship. However, I admit I was a bit frustrated with this aspect of the project.
WATER MANAGEMENT & DEHYDRATION UNIT: Much work was done? and so far, so good!
THE WINDUP: Mold problems are scary and overwhelming. And, there are also a lot of dubious ?remediation specialists? out there. Healthy Way is staffed by skilled professionals who do quality work at a fair price. While, I hope to God I never have mold problem ever again in my life, if I do, I?m calling these guys.

"After interviewing several Contractors Dand D was hired to excavate a 35' stretch along my driveway and install a dry stack wall the same length. In addition an area near the house needed to be leveled and a 20' long low dry stack wall needed to be installed, so as to created a level area to set a whole house generator.
The Owner Steve arrived on time and spec'd the Job. Shortly thereafter I received a written proposal. The proposal was somewhat vague so I asked that specific information be added. Paul the Office Manager was responsive to my concerns. After discussing it with Steve the requested information was promptly added to the contract. Paul was always available to answer any questions i may have had during the project.
The Job was started on time. The first morning Steve was on site to go over the various aspects of what I wanted done with his Foreman. The materials that were supplied and the design of the wall that was agreed to was spot on. The Foreman was knowledgeable and focused. He and his crew work methodically and produced exactly what I had expected and then some. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the site and neatly stored any materials that they would be using the next day. Steve stopped by during the course of the job to make sure things were going as planned. The project was finished on time without any issues. At the Completion of the job the entire area was left neat and clean.
